RIVER SPORTS AND ACTIVITIES
Dear Customer,
you are about to conclude the contract that contains the conditions under which we undertake to carry out on your behalf the organization and accompaniment in the descent of river rapids on equipped rafts, rafts and packrafts, supported by highly specialized guides.
Descents involve the degree of risk corresponding to the formula you have chosen after checking its content and price on the pages https://oldadr.flywheelsites.com/attivita-toscana e https://oldadr.flywheelsites.com/attivita-liguria but the instructions and protective equipment you will be given before the descent, which will take place in the presence of the guides, with your proper commitment will ensure your safety.
Continuing you will be asked to place your order indicating the number of participants, the formula and the date of the reservation by proceeding to pay the amount as a deposit, using one of the most common and secure systems for online transactions that we have made available.
Even if you are not the one who made the reservation and payment of the deposit but you are one of the participants, you will be asked to give your personal details and to confirm that you have viewed and accepted theprivacy policy.
We advise you to pay special attention to the date of the reservation because even in the case of failure to complete the continuation of this procedure with the correct registration of all participants, the payment made will not be refunded in the case of cancellation, waiver or withdrawal communicated in the 7 days before the date booked, not even pro-rata.
We also encourage you to check the number of participants as the rafting and packrafting activities respectively require a minimum number of 6 participants, the achievement of which is necessary for Adrenalima to deliver the requested service.
Pursuant to Articles 49, 52 and 59 lett. n. of D. Lgs. September 6, 2005, n.206 (consumer code) we point out that in any case your right of cancellation and withdrawal, either in relation to the reservation only, or in relation to the concluded contract, can be exercised with obligation of refund of the payment made only if communicated up to 8 days before the booked date, it being understood that communications received in the 7 days before will not give right to a refund regardless of the time when the reservation was made or the contract was concluded.
We remind you that for any cancellation of activities by Adrenalima, due to force majeure (situations that do not allow the conduct of the activity) or for failure to reach the minimum number of participants, will entitle the customer to a refund of the amount paid as a deposit without any right to compensation.

Some activities are assimilated to sporting activity and involve a measured degree of health risk, as you have been able to verify from the sheet corresponding to your choice, but the instructions and protective equipment you will be given and the presence of trained personnel if provided, with your proper commitment will ensure your safety.
